Our story

Built from lived experience. Designed for yours.

BodyLogue was created because of a personal journey — years of uncertainty, unanswered questions and the difficulty of finding the words to explain what was happening inside a body that felt unheard. It exists so that others might feel a little less alone in theirs.

Why BodyLogue Exists

BodyLogue began with my own health journey — one that stretched across years of uncertainty, repeated appointments and the quiet frustration of knowing that something was wrong, but struggling to find the language to explain it clearly.

Endometriosis took approximately eight years to be diagnosed. PCOS took approximately nineteen. Those years were not simply a wait for a diagnosis. They were years of trying to understand what my body was experiencing, recognising the significance of symptoms that came and went, and finding the confidence to advocate for the investigations and support I needed.

What I found most difficult was not just the uncertainty — it was the gap between what I was experiencing and what I was able to communicate. Appointments are short. Symptoms are complex. And when you have lived with something for a long time, it can be surprisingly difficult to explain it clearly in the moment.

I began to wonder how different things might have felt if I had somewhere to record my experiences over time — not to replace medical care, but to help me understand my own history and find the words to share it.

That question became BodyLogue. Not a platform that promises answers, but one that helps people listen to their bodies, organise what they experience and communicate their health stories with greater clarity and confidence.

Nobody should feel unheard, dismissed or unable to find the words to explain what is happening within their own body. That belief is at the heart of everything BodyLogue is built to do.

Nobody should feel unheard, dismissed or unable to find the words to explain what is happening within their own body.

Our Mission

“To help people listen to their bodies, understand their personal health experiences and communicate their health stories with clarity, confidence and purpose.”

Help people record what their bodies are experiencing.
Create a clearer picture of symptoms and changes over time.
Organise personal health histories in one accessible place.
Help individuals prepare for meaningful healthcare conversations.
Support people in finding the words to describe their experiences.
Encourage informed, confident conversations about appropriate investigations and support.
Make personal health organisation accessible to people regardless of their financial circumstances.

BodyLogue is not about telling people what is wrong with them. It is about helping people understand and communicate the information they already have about their own experiences.

Every Body Has a Dialogue. Let's Make It Heard.

The conversation with yourself

Listening to the body. Noticing symptoms. Recording experiences. Recognising changes. Building an understanding of personal health history.

The conversation with healthcare professionals

Taking those experiences and turning them into organised, understandable information that can support more informed conversations.

BodyLogue helps bridge the gap between what someone experiences and what they are able to communicate.

“Listen to your body. Understand your story. Open the conversation.”

Our Vision

“A future where nobody feels alone, unheard or unequipped to communicate their health experiences.”

BodyLogue is designed for all adults, across genders and health experiences. Although the founder's personal journey involved reproductive health, the platform's purpose extends far beyond that — supporting anyone who has ever struggled to explain what their body is telling them, or felt uncertain about how to prepare for a healthcare conversation.

Our ambition is to make personal health organisation more accessible, helping individuals feel better prepared to participate in conversations about their own health.
